Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order at thestylishefashion@gmail.com. If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. Customers will then need to create a return once the order is received.
I forgot to add a promo code at checkout. Can I add to my existing order?
Unfortunately, once your payment has been processed, we are unable to make these changes.
Can I use more than one promo code at once?
No. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
I have a faulty or incorrect item. What do I do?
If you receive an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at thestylishefashion@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the fault and photos or videos of the garment and we will be in contact with next steps.
